I'm a KGF SILVER member and R.H.N. based in PEI, dedicated to helping women feel strong and healthy in their bodies. I graduated with a degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Prince Edward Island in 2011, and later completed my diploma in Natural Nutrition in 2019. My passion for food and food science has been the driving force behind my career - focusing on educating clients and supporting them in reaching their health goals.
