What is Lift More Strength Program?

This is a pre-recorded "on-demand" fitness program. The program includes 15 classes that are 30-minutes or less. Become a stronger, more energized and flexible woman in 21 days!

We’ll sweat, breathe, stretch and share some laughs together.

This program is the best choice for you if you are want to take the  classes at your own pace, and if you're looking to start building strength right away.

Do I need any equipment or props to do the workouts?

You will need a set of weights (between 5lb and 15lb) and either  a carpeted floor or a yoga/pilates mat will do.

How do I access the classes?

Once you purchase the program, you will be emailed details on how to access the classes.

The classes are hosted on my website.

There is no Facebook group for this program.

Are the classes live or pre-recorded?

These classes are pre-recorded. This way, you are welcome to do the classes at a time that works best for you. 

No need to show up live!

And you get to keep the classes forever, so you can repeat them as often as you like.

Do I need to know how to do the workouts?

No, you don’t need to know how to do the workouts to get started.

I will guide you every step of the way. I will show modifications for beginners in all the classes.

Can I do these workouts if I’m pregnant or recently had my baby?

I do not recommend this program if you are pregnant or 6 weeks or less postpartum.  If you are past 6 weeks postpartum, send me an email and we can discuss what is best for you! 

Will there be any recurring fees?

No, the program is a one time payment.

Is my payment secure?
