This is a pre-recorded "on-demand" fitness program. The program includes 15 classes that are 30-minutes or less. Become a stronger, more energized and flexible woman in 21 days!

You will need a set of weights (between 5lb and 15lb) and either a carpeted floor or a yoga/pilates mat will do.
