For SILVER "Annual" plan, your first payment will be $361 + tax paid upfront. After the 1 year welcome promotion, it will renew at $480 + tax.

As an active SILVER member, you can participate in all KGF challenges at no extra cost while your membership is active. There’s no need to pay separately for challenges - they’re included with your subscription.

For all other challenges, you’ll retain access as long as your SILVER membership remains active. If you'd like permanent, lifetime access to a specific challenge, you’ll need to purchase it separately.

You get to keep lifetime access to Daily Fix in '26 classes, even if you decide to cancel your SILVER membership in the future.

Here is the equipment you need (and probably already have, as it's the same equipment needed for challenges!)

- A mat

- A set of light weights and a set of heavier weights.

- Anytime if I use a loop band or "glider" I always offer replacement moves to be done with light weights or something I know everyone would have at home.

No, you don’t need to know how to do the workouts to get started.

I will guide you every step of the way. I will show modifications for beginners in all the classes.

The rate for SILVER is:

$480 for Annual plan ($40 / month + tax)
$270 for 6 Month plan ($45 / month + tax)

When you sign up at any of the rates listed above, that will be your locked-in price for your Silver Membership moving forward. Even if our prices increase in the future, your rate will remain the same. 

The "Introductory rate" displayed on the website for the Annual and 6 Month plans reflects your first payment after the challenge fee is applied, which is why it appears different from the regular plan cost.

To get the most out of your SILVER membership, having Facebook is suggested.  The Facebook group is where our weekly check-in’s, live challenges and community all happens.  But if you aren’t a Facebook user, you will still have access to the challenges and over 700 workout videos on the Kathleen Grace Fitness website!

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.  After cancelling, you will have access to your account until the next billing date.

Fees are charged on the same day of the month that the subscription began.  For example,  If you signed up on the 18th of August for the "Paid Every 6 Months" plan, you will be charged again on the 18th of February, and so on until you cancel your membership.

The workouts are on Kathleen Grace Fitness website, as well as in the Facebook group. When you join, you will create a username and password to log on to the website and access the workouts.

Our checkout process is 100% secure. Your information is encrypted and your credit card information is safe. We use payment processor Stripe. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest level of certification available in the payments industry.
