I started Kathleen Grace Fitness in 2020 with 100 founding members on PEI. Today, over 3,200 Canadian women work out with me every week - from every province and territory in Canada.

Class 01

Feel Good Pilates

A beginner-friendly Pilates class at a moderate pace — no props needed. Full body mobility work that feels good whether you've been consistent or just getting back on track. 29 min.

Class 02

Beginner Barre Burn

A slower-paced intro to barre working your full body with an emphasis on shoulders and core. You'll need a chair, one light weight (1–7 lbs), and a glider or cloth. 31 min.

Class 03

Strength & Cardio

Three circuits, each repeated twice — 3 exercises per circuit at 40 seconds on, 20 off. Grab a set of weights and expect full-body strength with bursts of cardio. Modifications shown. 27 min.

Class 04

13 Minute Mobility

A quick full-body stretch and mobility flow. No props needed — a yoga block is optional. Beginner-friendly and a great add-on to any day. 13 min.

Class 05

Upper Body & Cardio (No Repeats)

A no-repeats arm-focused strength class where every third move is a cardio burst to keep things sweaty. Have a few weight options handy. 29 min.

Class 06

HIIT

High-intensity interval training designed to get your heart pumping. No props — just a mat, sneakers, and water. Go high or low impact, but give it your best. 22 min.
