Hi, I'm Kathleen!

Over 8,500 women have gone through my challenges — and I'm so glad you're interested too!

I started my fitness career back in 2010 with a Comprehensive STOTT Pilates & Reformer certification, and I’ve been working full-time in the industry ever since.

Over the years, I’ve coached in studios, worked one-on-one with private clients, and now bring my expertise to women online — wherever you are in the world.

I’ve continued growing as a coach with certifications in Personal Training, Barre, Tabata, TRX, Barre Box, Zenga, and Injured & Special Populations, along with a wide range of continuing education courses.

I’m passionate about staying up to date with the latest science in movement, strength training, and women’s health — so I can bring you the best of what’s out there in a way that’s practical, safe, and sustainable.

What is 21 Day Move Strong, Live Strong Challenge?

Join me five times per week for a 30-minute or less workout for 21 days, and become a stronger, more energized and flexible woman.

We’ll sweat, breathe, stretch and share some laughs together.

In this challenge, there will be motivation, community and rewards. It can be hard to stay motivated with your fitness goals.

This challenge is the best choice for you if you want to join a community of women who care about their health and you want the chance to win awesome prizes each month!

Plus, there is an additional 700+ bonus workouts on the Facebook group.

Is this a one-time payment?

Move Strong, Live Strong is a one-time payment — nothing recurring — and comes with lifetime access!

We also offer our SILVER Membership, which many challengers go on to join, but it’s 100% optional. We’ll share all the details if you decide to jump into the challenge.

Do I need to do the classes live?

No, you do not need to do the classes when they are posted. The classes are posted at 5:30AM AST each morning, and you can do them as soon as they are posted.

BUT, you are welcome to do the classes at a time that works best for you while the challenge is running.

Many of my clients take the classes at a time each day that works best for them. And you can do the same!

What equipment do I need?

For equipment, you need a mat, a set of light weights (1-5 lb) and heavier weights (6 to 20lb), and a loop band is optional.

Do I need to be on Facebook?

Facebook is not required. There is an optional Facebook community that is awesome to be a part of!

However, I know some of my clients prefer not to be on Facebook. If that is you, no problem at all.

We will share a link the day the challenge starts where you can access the classes on my website.

What does 'lifetime access' to the challenge classes mean?

The videos from Move Strong, Live Strong are available after the program ends. Kind of like an online DVD, you get to keep access to the challenge classes forever.

That way, you can repeat a class, catch up on a missed class, or even repeat the challenge in the future as often as you like!

Do I need to know how to do the workouts?

No, you don’t need to know how to do the workouts to get started.

I will guide you every step of the way. I will show modifications for beginners in all the classes.

Do you have classes other than Pilates and Barre? Will there be variety in the workouts?

Yes, there are classes other than Barre and Pilates. There are over 500 workouts to choose from on the Facebook group, which include Barre, Cardio, Stretching, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Pilates.

Can I do these workouts if I’m pregnant or recently had my baby?

I do not recommend this challenge if you are pregnant or 6 weeks or less postpartum.  If you are past 6 weeks postpartum, send me an email and we can discuss what is best for you!

Is my payment secure?

Our checkout process is 100% secure. Your information is encrypted and your credit card information is safe. We use payment processor Stripe. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest level of certification available in the payments industry. We also offer eTransfer for those who prefer that payment method.

How do I access the workouts?

Once you purchase the challenge, you will be emailed a link to join the Facebook community where live and on-demand workout classes will be posted, beginning the first day of the challenge.

For those who prefer to not be on Facebook, we will email you a link to access the classes on my website, the day the challenge begins.
