Fun and achieveable doesn’t mean that the classes are not effective! In fact, when you are having fun and working out becomes something you enjoy - it will keep you coming back for more!
Consistency is what will give you results, like more strength, energy and mobility!
Most classes are 30 minutes or less, and posted each morning at 5:30AM ADT. But don’t worry, you don’t need to do the classes at the time they are posted! You are welcome to do the classes at a time that works best for you!

No, you do not need to do the classes when they are posted. The classes are posted at 5:30AM ADT each morning, and you can do them as soon as they are posted.
BUT, you are welcome to do the classes at a time that works best for you while the challenge is running.
Many of my clients take the classes at a time each day that works best for them. And you can do the same!
For equipment, you need a mat, a set of light weights (1-5 lb) and heavier weights (6 to 20lb), and a loop band is optional.
Facebook is not required. There is an optional Facebook community that is awesome to be a part of!
However, I know some of my clients prefer not to be on Facebook. If that is you, no problem at all.
We will share a link the day the challenge starts where you can access the classes on my website.
The videos from Go & Glow are available after the program ends. Kind of like an online DVD, you get to keep access to the challenge classes forever.
That way, you can repeat a class, catch up on a missed class, or even repeat the challenge in the future as often as you like!
No, you don’t need to know how to do the workouts to get started.
I will guide you every step of the way. I will show modifications for beginners in all the classes.
My training is originally with STOTT, with a Comprehensive Pilates & Reformer training back in 2010, and I have been working full time in fitness since then.
I've worked in studios and had my own private clients before moving online.
I've added lots of certifications in the last 14 years including Certified Personal Trainer, Barre, Tabata, Injured & Special Populations, TRX, Barre Box, Zenga etc along with lots and lots of courses along the way!
I continue to stay up to date with latest science on fitness in various ways!
Yes, there are classes other than Barre and Pilates. There are over 500 workouts to choose from on the Facebook group, which include Barre, Cardio, Stretching, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Pilates.
I do not recommend this challenge if you are pregnant or 6 weeks or less postpartum. If you are past 6 weeks postpartum, send me an email and we can discuss what is best for you!
No, the challenge is a one time payment. If you decide to upgrade to a monthly membership, then you will be billed monthly on a recurring basis.

Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest level of certification available in the payments industry. We also offer eTransfer for those who prefer that payment method.

For those who prefer to not be on Facebook, we will email you a link to access the classes on my website, the day the challenge begins.
